According to Solico Group’s Public Relations Department, the opening ceremony was attended by Gholamali Soleimani, senior Solico executives, Dr. Naseri Moghaddam, representatives of health, standards and environmental authorities, members of parliament, representatives of the Celiac Association and members of the media.
The launch of the gluten-free production line was presented as part of Solico Group’s social responsibility efforts, with a focus on providing suitable food options for people with celiac disease and gluten sensitivity, as well as consumers who require specific dietary considerations.
According to the company, the facility was the first in Iran at the time to produce gluten-free products in accordance with international standards. The first product manufactured on the new line was frozen sliced bread.
The products are marketed under the Celino brand, expanding Solico Group’s portfolio to include dedicated gluten-free food options.
